Innovation only matters if it reaches people.
I take ideas from concept to adoption—across global teams, products, partners, and markets—connecting creative direction to measurable business impact.
I’m most useful when an organization needs to move from promising concepts to scalable capability—across teams, products, regions, and external partners.
Visa Innovation & Growth — scaling new concepts across a global financial network
At Visa, I vetted, designed, tested, and transitioned product concepts that were key to moving revenue from $18.36 billion to more than $35 billion. The work was not limited to concept generation. It was about creating a repeatable path from new ideas to real offerings.
My teams partnered directly with major global corporations and banks—including Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, Google, Albertson’s, and Bank of America—to develop products grounded in client needs and shaped by emerging technologies such as AI, AR, crypto, NFTs, and the metaverse where relevant.
That work included patented invention, rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and transition into practical products and capabilities. It also required collaboration across regions including Mexico, Central America, Asia, and Europe. The work combined platform design, global partnerships, and rapid prototyping to move ideas into real-world use across multiple industries.

Patent awarded for Visa Digital Tipping

Enterprise collaboration with world-class clients
Worked directly with top retail corporations and banks to shape future-facing offerings around real business needs.
Visa Digital Tipping
Designed and patented a system that addressed a real hospitality tipping problem created by the shift away from cash.
Ideas that traveled across regions
Collaborated with international teams across the Americas, Asia, and Europe to help innovation move through a multinational organization.

From data ownership to AR, from tipping to client-specific invention.
Examples included the Money Monster data ownership app, digital tipping, digital card art partnerships, AI-enabled spending-data concepts, and emerging-technology explorations tailored to specific client opportunities.
Across all of them, the recurring pattern was the same: understand the opportunity, make the concept tangible, test it, and build the organizational confidence needed for transition. I use systems, prototyping, and cross-functional trust-building to help organizations move from invention to adoption.
