At Visa, I led the design and development of new products.
I developed concepts for executive Visa teams and companies looking to partner with Visa, like Google, Apple, Microsoft, Albertsons, Alaska Airlines, etc. Solutions leveraged various tools, including AI, VR, AR, IoT, and combinations of software, hardware, and services.
Digital Tipping
I created and patented multiple methods for digital tipping with instant delivery of funds to the recipient for Marriott, including one that leveraged a wearable badge to facilitate the face-to-face transaction.
Money Monsters
I led the team that developed the concept to help consumers get acquainted and comfortable with their data and that it exists to serve them.
Call and Response Point of Sale
I invented a unique method to drive high consumer engagement at the point of sale by leveraging interactions between handheld devices and the merchant point of sale terminal.
