At Citrix, I redesigned the global product portfolio and curated the creation of a corporate culture shift.
When I was recruited for the role at Citrix, the CEO challenged me to shift Citrix from an Engineering culture to a Design culture in under five years. We did it in four through the redesign of all the products.
Global Portfolio Redesign
Change comes through honest and genuine relationship building. Brian Epstein is my patron saint. I leveraged his methods of studying the existing talent and creating methods to boost them to greatness based on who they already are. The culture change came through how we worked with product developers and managers to redesign the entire portfolio collaboratively.
